I don't know if this was your intent, but the model looks like some sort of terminal patient. I love the determined essensce of this shot. Almost a sort of determinedness out of fear, to stay in control.

That's just what came to my mind.

Beautiful! Sagenhafte Komposition - ich liebe diesen Strudel um Dein linkes Auge herum, das den Betrachter magisch ins Bild lockt. Selbst der Nasenschatten birgt so viel Modulation, dass man eine Weile damit beschäftigt ist. Und dann das Auge selbst - so brilliant! Ich glaube Du bist ein noch unentdecktes Naturtalent und solltest dringend Fotografie oder Kunst studieren und dann wirst Du keine Zeit mehr für DeviantArt haben ... schnüff.
